GLaDOS (Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System) is the sentient computer system managing the Aperture Science Laboratories, the guide of the Aperture Science computer-aided Enrichment Center, and the main antagonist of Portal and Portal 2 videogames.
On April 12th, she, along with the map Aperture, were added to Killing Floor by "accident", as said by Wilsonam from TripWire. The map was released in according with the Potato Fools Day Event.
