Medium range

Medium range is an invisible 30 foot radius that can be found around everything. In Killing Floor, medium range mostly defines the range for most weapons and is the range where the most specimens die.

Tactics

• Sit tight and make sure there's an escape route. If not, you should probably work on that in case things go from bad to worse.
• Keep picking away at the enemy and make sure allies are around. If alone, move and search for allies.
• Sharpshooters are advised to get to medium range for easier headshots.

Advantages & Disadvantages

Advantages

• Have enough room to move around freely.
• Range of most weapons.
• There is quite some time to think and move if things get sour.

Disadvantages

• Crawlers are able to pounce at you.
